BEHIND THE SCENES

Here at CyberaDigital we’ve been embracing a bit of change with a full website redesign and lots of exciting new projects this year. All the important parts that have made CyberaDigital what it is today will remain firmly intact, however the new and improved aspects will ensure our business is at the forefront of what we do. Finding the right people to deliver your project is paramount, so we want to introduce our team and what they bring to the company.

Sarah has a rich background in business management, with over 15 years’ experience in the industry, working on all manner of projects. This has involved a long amount of time spent in the beauty industry as well as running her own plethora of social media and blog projects.

We get to know our Creative Director Sarah a little better…

TELL US A LITTLE MORE ABOUT CYBERADIGITAL AND WHAT DIFFERENTIATES IT FROM OTHER AGENCIES?

CyberaDigital was born out of necessity of helping business to grow in the online world. For a long time this industry has been monopolised by agencies that are overpriced, therefore taking advantage of those who know that they need to be involved in the online world, but are not too sure  how to go about it.  Having our designers, developers, social media specialists, marketing and business specialists all under the same roof is what sets us apart from your typical Digital Agency.

WHAT ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT OTHER THAN YOUR WORK?

I am passionate about helping people believe in themselves and what they can achieve. Getting rid of limiting beliefs and help them realise that we can all forge our own paths. In Particular it is a very important message to pass onto my three girls, raising them to believe that they can do whatever they want if they work hard for it.

TELL US SOME OF YOUR FAVOURITE CAMPAIGNS THAT YOU’VE WORKED ON. WHAT WAS THE STRATEGY BEHIND THESE?

I worked on one particular campaign for a company, and the objective was to increase sales. The strategy we implemented was simple, increase their database and therefore their awareness in the community, in turn increasing sales. We ran a promotion where we gathered information and were able to start targeted email marketing. The Database grew from around 300 to almost 5000 in a 6 month period. This allowed them to become a trusted brand in their community and sales increased exponentially.

WHY IS RISK IMPORTANT IN DESIGN? HOW CAN DESIGNERS COLLABORATE WITH CLIENTS TO HELP THEM UNDERSTAND WHY TAKING THAT RISK AND INNOVATION IS SO IMPORTANT?

Risk is the price you pay for opportunity.

WHAT ADVICE ARE YOU ABLE TO GIVE TO OTHER SMALL BUSINESS ENTREPRENEURS?

You don’t need to know everything, you just need to know where to find it. Never stop learning. Enjoy a healthy work life balance. Look after your team, get to know them. Their likes, dislikes, what motivates them and what they want to achieve.

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT TO SEE IN 2017?

2017 has started great, we will be attending our first Trade show and this will allow us to get our message out, that we are here to help you grow your business. We have big goals this year and we will achieve them. Later in the year, we will be launching an exciting new feature to our marketplace.
